This page describes the system's code, not a live probe. There is no uptime percentage here and no incident graph, because nothing in this codebase measures either yet, and a figure nobody measured is a lie however good it looks.

Mobile money in and out needs an aggregator contract. USDT on chain needs a node, a contract address and keys. The support desk needs a number. The system flatly refuses to boot for real customers without them rather than run a simulator: a simulator debits a real customer and pays nobody.
